01. Acceptance & Governance
Access to QatarNet Solutions' digital assets constitutes agreement to these binding terms. We operate under a strict framework of Qatari commercial law and international IT standards.
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from service usage shall be resolved in Doha courts.
User Eligibility
Services are strictly for B2B entities and authorized representatives. By using this site, you warrant that you possess the legal authority to bind your organization to these terms. False representation of corporate identity is a material breach.
Amendment Protocols
QatarNet Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We notify users of material changes via the registered email address.
Service Definitions
"Services" refers to all digital infrastructure, cloud environments, cybersecurity monitoring, and managed IT solutions provided by QatarNet Solutions. Scope is defined in individual Statement of Works (SOW).
ENCRYPTED DATA FLOW
02. Data Sovereignty
We operate under a strict zero-trust architecture regarding client data. All data processed within our Qatari infrastructure remains the exclusive property of the client.
- ✓ Retention: User data is retained only as long as service contracts are active, then securely purged.
- ✓ Access: Internal access is logged, audited, and restricted to essential personnel only.
- ✓ Transmission: All site traffic is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Data at rest is AES-256 encrypted.
03. Liability & Indemnification
QatarNet Solutions maintains comprehensive cyber-liability insurance and adheres to rigorous service level agreements (SLAs). However, liability is capped in accordance with standard commercial terms.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall QatarNet Solutions be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use or inability to use the service.
Indemnification: Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless QatarNet Solutions against any claims arising from client's misuse of the services, violation of third-party rights, or breach of these terms.
